On this site I share my interests and the results of my work. In addition to electronics, I also do some sports. Mostly I run, but I also like to snag a bike or swim occasionally. These are ideal ways to get away from my desk, where a sedentary lifestyle is damaging my hips and spine. A little technical information about me:

I became infected with electronics from an early childhood. My mother often recounts in the family how, at the age of two, I burned my hands putting uninsulated wires into a socket. It was unconscious at the time, but I also never consciously did it later 😉 Around the 1st grade of elementary school I got a soldering iron and some electronic kits for assembly under the Christmas tree. It was a hit! Not only did I always assemble the kits to the end, but I also carefully read the accompanying leaflet with the principle of operation. A few years later, I landed at an electronics technical school in Zielona Gora, where I learned a lot of interesting things about electronics and partly about programming. Unfortunately, we learned programming in assembler(!) on 8051 microcontrollers. It was very backward and quite difficult, but today I appreciate that I know how a microcontroller works in general. In parallel, I decided to take my first steps on the AVR by writing in BASCOM. Oh that language was a terrible mistake!

A few years ago, I graduated from the Wroclaw University of Technology with a degree in Automation and Robotics(1st degree) and Electronics(2nd degree). This is where I actually learned programming. From the first semester, there was a strong emphasis on C and C++. There was no semester without a subject related to these languages. I stuck with AVR for a very long time, watching my college friends propel themselves on STM32 or PIC. I don’t know why I had some resistance to jump. It wasn’t until the fourth year that I took up ARM along with related subjects. We were based on STM32 and that’s how I’ve stayed.

I am young, so my professional career is quite short. While still in college, I started working as a linux embedded programmer. It didn’t last very long, but I developed my Linux skills a lot. Having never worked seriously with this system, I had to learn to swim in the middle of the sea. Right after being a Linux guy, I worked for two years in the display industry. I learned how displays work, what technologies we have available and how to use them. I have entered very strongly into the relatively new technology of e-paper. In addition to displays, I also dealt with touch panels, which are not black magic as I once thought. I’m currently working as a UEFI programmer, so I’ve moved away from hardware a bit. That’s why I only deal with equipment as a hobby anymore, which is why this website was created.

I also encourage you to read newspaper articles by me: link

I also read some books.
